Senior Manager, Global ERP & Process Transformation

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation Process Integration to lead end-to-end process mapping and ERP harmonization across global Supply Chain functions. This role drives design adherence, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to enable a single, scalable ERP backbone.

The incumbent will partner with global Supply Chain experts and senior leaders to deliver integrated solutions, manage design risks, and ensure timely program
