Senior Manager, Economic Inclusion & Employment Services

Leeds Mind seeks an Economic Inclusion Services Manager to oversee employment, wellbeing and recovery programmes that support people to improve mental health and financial resilience. You will lead fidelity-based employment services and protect service quality while meeting contractual requirements.

Working with the Business Development Team and senior leaders, you will mobilise new services, shape opportunities, and deliver against commissioner priorities.
