Job description:
Digital Strategy & Planning
Own and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with commercial priorities and pipeline growth objectives.
Translate complex value propositions into impactful digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Continuously optimize campaign performance using data insights, stakeholder feedback, and AI-enabled tools.
Leverage competitive intelligence and audience insights to enhance targeting and engagement.
Execute digital initiatives including newsletters, blog content, webinars, and industry events.
Campaign Management & Demand Generation
Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns focused on lead generation, nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Manage end-to-end campaign execution from briefing and asset creation to deployment and performance tracking.
Collaborate with CRM and marketing operations teams to ensure effective lead management and reporting.
Lead email marketing initiatives including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and optimization.
Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget based on performance and commercial impact.
Support digital promotion of events and webinars, ensuring timely lead delivery to sales teams.
Content Development & Optimization
Oversee creation of high-quality digital content (e.g., landing pages, emails, videos, infographics, interactive assets).
Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and relevance for technical and scientific audiences.
Maximize content value through repurposing across channels and formats.
Website & Digital Experience
Own and optimize the digital experience on the corporate website, ensuring content is up-to-date and conversion-focused.
Collaborate with web and UX teams on enhancements, CRO initiatives, and accessibility compliance.
Contribute to SEO/AEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
Marketing Technology & Data
Use audience and performance data to improve targeting, personalization, and ROI.
Identify and implement new technologies, automation tools, and AI capabilities to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Act as the primary digital marketing partner to commercial and business stakeholders.
Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure alignment with global marketing teams on brand, messaging, and campaign strategy.
Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or technical environment.
Proven track record in delivering integrated digital campaigns with measurable impact.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email automation, web analytics, and campaign management.
Hands-on experience with marketing technologies (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, GA4).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Ability to understand and communicate complex or technical subject .
Nice-to-Have
Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or related industries.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Looker).
Knowledge of GDPR-compliant marketing practices.
Experience working with external agencies.
Background in marketing complex, consultative solutions with long sales cycles.
