Senior Manager, Complex Real Estate Transactions

National Housing Bank, a Homes England Company, is seeking a Senior Manager - Complex Transaction Support (CTS) to lead a portfolio of distressed real estate loans and equity investments, identify risk factors, and develop restructuring strategies to enable delivery of homes and recovery of investments.

You will advise Portfolio Managers and executives on investments showing signs of distress and influence impairment considerations.
