Senior Manager, Accounting

• Manage day-to-day general ledger operations and accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, SOX controls, and external audits
• Integrate general ledger accounting operations with global processes
• Share ownership of the full-cycle general ledger financial close process
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations for complete and accurate financials
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
• Refine monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Develop accounting policies and standard operating procedures
• Conduct monthly variance analysis in partnership with FP&A and Financial Reporting
• Report to the International Controller
• Partner with cross-functional leaders

Requirements

• Extensive public company accounting experience within a relevant industry
• Proven experience managing and developing staff
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards, and SOX internal controls
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle financial close processes
• Experience maintaining robust accounting operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite (nice to have)
