Senior Manager - Marine Nature Strategy

Overview

• Lead the ongoing development, integration, and governance of The Crown Estate's Marine Nature Strategy
• Ensure alignment of strategy across the Marine Strategic Business Unit and the Enterprise Nature Strategy
• Champion marine nature strategy, enabling delivery teams to succeed
• Translate the vision into strategic direction for marine nature recovery
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure strategic clarity
• Represent The Crown Estate in high-level external forums and build strategic partnerships
• Oversee development of evidence bases and impact measurement frameworks

Requirements

• Significant experience in marine strategy, policy, or environmental governance at a senior level
• Proven ability to lead strategy development and integration in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong understanding of UK marine policy, natural capital, and nature recovery frameworks
• Experience influencing at Board/Executive level and representing organisations in high-profile external settings
• Experience in strategic communications and thought leadership
• Familiarity with innovative finance and investment models for nature recovery
• Knowledge of The Crown Estate's marine and enterprise strategies
