Senior Manager - IP Finance & Commercial Strategy

Emergn is seeking a Commercial Finance & Intellectual Property Senior Manager to build and own the commercial finance engine that powers our growth. This role partners across sales, operations, and legal to deliver robust financial insights and strategic guidance.

You will oversee IP licensing, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and transfer pricing documentation, helping to manage risks and maximize value for the Praxis platform and intercompany arrangements.
