We are seeking a talented Senior Manager - F&B to join our team, based at our London office with some travel across the UK. If you're passionate about hospitality, excel in leadership, and thrive on delivering excellence, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities
  • Driving F&B Sales: Lead the development and execution of strategies to boost sales and delight guests with innovative offerings.
  • Upholding Service Excellence: Motivate and train teams to deliver outstanding service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.
  • Crafting Exceptional Menus: Curate creative menus that not only meet but exceed guest expectations, offering unique and satisfying choices.
  • Streamlining Supply Chains: Develop and implement efficient supply chain solutions in collaboration with vendors to meet cost targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Oversee a comprehensive audit program to maintain food safety and operational excellence across all prime locations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management on key initiatives, while leading a talented team of F&B heads and head chefs.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of senior F&B experience, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments.
  • Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and experience with relevant software.
  • Certified in food safety and compliance, with a thorough understanding of food regulations.
  • Proficient in POS systems, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and support hotel teams effectively.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality staff training and development programs.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with senior management and hotel managers.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges.
  • Willing and enthusiastic to travel to hotel locations across the UK.
