Senior Manager - Corporate Development, Investor Relations

• Support preparation of half-year and full-year results, including presentations, scripts, Q&A and announcements
• Maintain analyst consensus and monitor market expectations
• Prepare investor, analyst and Board materials, including Breedon's investor website
• Track and analyse shareholder movements and investor feedback
• Support capital markets events and site visits
• Coordinate responses to routine investor and analyst enquiries
• Support identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities across Great Britain, Ireland and the United States
• Conduct market, competitor and target company research
• Build and maintain acquisition valuation models
• Assist with due diligence processes and adviser coordination
• Prepare Board papers
• Support integration planning and post-acquisition performance tracking
• Maintain the Group acquisition pipeline and reporting processes
• Support development of the Group's strategic plans
• Manage the Group's capital approval process
• Analyse market data across Great Britain, Ireland and the United States
• Monitor industry and competitor developments
• Work with divisions to prepare strategic analysis for Board strategy sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years' relevant experience, although investor relations experience is not a pre-requisite
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and the plc Board, with the confidence to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders
• Ability to conduct independent research
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail
• Organisational skillsStrong commercial judgement
