Senior Major Works Billing & Consultation Lead

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Senior Major Works Billing & Consultation Officer to join the Service Charge & Specialist Leasehold Services team in London. You will lead on complex consultation and billing for major works, ensuring compliance and accurate recoveries across our portfolio.

You'll work with Asset Management, Building Safety, Planned Investment, Procurement and Finance to protect service charge recoverability and keep residents informed with clear information.
