Senior Major Incident Lead & Incident Commander

Coventry Building Society seeks a Lead Major Incident Manager to command and coordinate the most severe incidents, guiding fast resolution and minimizing customer disruption. You will lead end-to-end incident response, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and suppliers while maintaining governance and incident readiness.

You will also coach other Major Incident Managers, develop runbooks and training materials, and contribute to the organisation's leadership capability framework.
