Senior Major Accounts Executive, AI Automation SaaS

Serval is seeking a Majors Account Executive to own large, strategic accounts and drive AI-powered IT workflow modernization. You will lead multi-threaded sales cycles, build executive relationships across IT, Security, and Operations, and coordinate across regions to close high-impact deals.

You'll collaborate with the founders and product team to shape Serval's majors motion, craft compelling ROI business cases, and influence roadmap priorities while traveling to customer sites and events.
