Location: Slough

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week

Our client is looking for a Senior Maintenance Call Handler. Previous experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing would be an advantage.

The Senior Maintenance Call Handler role involves tasks such as:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and trade operatives
• Taking and logging repair calls
• Being the main point of contact
• Dealing with escalation queries and complaints
• Training and managing a small team of Maintenance Call Handlers
• Raising orders on the internal system
• Performing general admin duties such as filing and scanning

Skills and Experience Required:

• Good telephone manner
• Organized and able to prioritize work
• Attention to detail
