Senior Mac Support Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Mac Support Engineer to join a secure, large-scale environment and provide expert-level support and technical leadership across enterprise Apple estates. This is a role where your depth of knowledge will directly shape modern workplace services and ensure resilience, security, and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advanced 3rd line and escalation support for macOS environments

• Mentor junior engineers and embed best practices across the team

• Design and optimise UEM solutions, with strong knowledge of Workspace ONE and JAMF Pro

• Support the delivery of enterprise projects such as migrations, UEM deployments, and hardware refreshes

• Contribute to the ongoing EUC technology roadmap and architecture design

• Drive automation and service improvements, with a focus on Bash Scripting and process efficiency

• Ensure services remain secure, compliant, and aligned to modern endpoint security and Zero Trust principles

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience supporting Apple environments at scale (enterprise or public sector)

• Advanced expertise with Workspace ONE and JAMF Pro (Jamf 300/400 certification desirable)

• Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager, ADE, VPP, and device life cycle management

• Experience mentoring or leading technical staff within multi-disciplinary teams

• Background in endpoint security, access control, and vulnerability management

• Proficiency in Bash Scripting and automation for enterprise environments

• Demonstrable track record in large projects such as refreshes, migrations, or UEM rollouts

• Active SC clearance
