The role and what you'll be doing daily:

We are seeking a Senior M365 Consultant - SharePoint and Purview Specialist. Reporting to the M365 Productivity & Engagement Practice Manager, you will work closely with clients, team leads, technical consultants, resource managers, and developers to meet practice goals and deliver maximum value to our clients.

This client-facing role involves shaping, managing, and optimizing M365/SharePoint environments. You will advise on best practices, design robust site structures, implement metadata strategies, and ensure seamless content lifecycle management to empower organizations to collaborate and innovate effectively.

A key responsibility will be leveraging Microsoft Purview to establish governance, security, and compliance standards. You will configure Purview policies to protect sensitive information, monitor data usage, and support regulatory compliance, working with stakeholders to promote a culture of secure and compliant information management.

You will also guide organizations in unlocking the potential of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, assisting with their integration to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and surface insights. You will consult on Copilot readiness, adoption, develop use cases, and support the creation of custom copilots tailored to business needs.

• Design, build, and deliver solutions based on the M365 suite for our clients
• Develop strong client relationships and understand their business operations and challenges
• Share technical knowledge across engagements to benefit clients
• Lead or assist in pre-sales activities and solution roadmaps
• Use excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure successful project outcomes

Essential client-facing experience:

• Strong understanding of M365/SharePoint Online
• Experience with MS Purview for governance, security, and compliance
• Experience with SharePoint content migrations (Sharegate, SharePoint Migration Tool, MS Migration Manager)
• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Readiness, Copilot Studio (advantageous)
• Experience with document and records management solutions, intranets, and business process solutions
• Workshop facilitation for solution requirements gathering
• Development experience with SharePoint Framework (desirable)
• Training end users on SharePoint Online, Teams, Purview, Copilot, OneDrive, PowerApps, PowerAutomate
• Eligibility for full Security Clearance
