Senior M&A Transaction Leader

PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Senior M&A Transaction Manager to lead high-stakes deals in 2025. You will guide transactions from outreach to close while coordinating with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors.

You will manage deal teams, mentor juniors, develop information memos, teasers, and buyer packs, and shape market-ready pitches and financial analysis to win new clients. This role requires CA or equivalent with 3-5 years of M&A experience, strong numbers, and a
