Senior M&A Strategy & Transactions Manager

BT Group in London is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to lead and shape transactions across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships through the full lifecycle.

You'll collaborate with Strategy & Change, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Tech and Regulatory teams, delivering rigorous financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and integration planning to enable evidence-based executive decisions.
