Job Description

A London-based US law firm seeks a qualified lawyer with 3-8 PQE in M&A and ECM to join its Corporate team. You'll draft and negotiate merger agreements, acquisition agreements, and PPMs in cross-border deals, and steer matters with precision.

You'll perform thorough due diligence, advise clients on all relevant legal and regulatory issues, and stay ahead of UK corporate and ECM developments in a fast-paced international environment.
