Senior M&A Advisory Lead

Brewer Morris is seeking a talented adviser for its Corporate Finance Advisory team. You will guide clients through the transaction process and gain exposure to mid-market deals across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day transactions, preparing teasers and information memorandums, leading financial analysis and modelling, and contributing to deal structuring and business development. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders and develop junior team members.
