Senior Long-Term Care Executive Director

Arnprior Regional Health is seeking a Long-Term Care Executive Director/Administrator for The Grove Long-Term Care Home (96 beds). The role leads strategic and operational efforts, ensuring high-quality resident care, safety, and compliance while guiding an interdisciplinary team and overseeing budget and workforce engagement.

The incumbent reports to the President & CEO and collaborates with senior leadership to advance integrated care across ARH.
