The Logistics & Operations Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of logistics operations, including 3PL project management, supporting sales, merchandising, factory, forwarder, and warehouse activities within Onitsuka Tiger EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing 3PL development and relationships, tracking POs from creation through delivery, and handling customs documents and freight forwarding.
- Overseeing PO creation, inventory management, sales closeout, sample processing, and managing free goods orders and product data.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Logistics teams both regionally and globally.
Key duties:
- Developing and managing logistics with 3PL partners and monitoring operations to ensure KPI achievement.
- Managing PO shipment/delivery to prevent sales loss, tracking milestones, and adjusting logistics plans to meet product launch dates.
- Handling customs clearance and import/export procedures, ensuring compliance with trading laws.
- Managing sales samples and inventory levels, providing insights on potential excess or shortages.
Additional responsibilities:
- Managing purchase order input and controlling warehouse, freight, and courier budgets.
- Processing disputes on factory invoices and managing vendor relationships and payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics or supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Experience with trade, customs clearance, warehouse operations, and international logistics.
Skills & Abilities:
- Problem-solving skills, systematic approach, and decision-making ability.
- Multi-tasking, prioritization, and working under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with SAP preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and willingness to work remotely or at specified offices.
