Senior Lifeguard & Recreation Supervisor

BH Live at Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth, is seeking a Senior Recreation Assistant to support the Customer Operations Manager, supervise Recreation Assistants, and help keep the pools safe.

You will oversee staffing, monitor centre rules, assist with pool tests, first aid, and equipment operation. The role requires NPLQ lifeguard and First Aid at Work qualifications, with flexibility for weekends/evenings. Onsite parking and staff benefits are available.
