Senior Lifeguard & Duty Supervisor - Pool Safety Leader

Serco, recruiting on behalf of Shropshire Community Leisure Trust, seeks a Senior Lifeguard for Whitchurch Swimming & Fitness. The role focuses on customer safety, delivering high standards of service, and supervising activities within the centre.

You will report to the duty manager, help manage the facility in their absence, and ensure cleanliness and proper equipment setup. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and first aid are essential.
