Job Description
Senior Life Practitioner

Our AdultSupported LivingHome is looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Bramley House in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities to foster independent living.
  • Accompany residents on community trips, shopping, meals and appointments.
  • Transport residents using the company vehicle; require a full UK driver's licence with at least 2 years of UK driving experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Genuine passion for care and a motivation to support others' progression.
  • Strong team player, resilient and confident in seeking support when needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards it.
  • Full UK driver's licence with 2+ years UK driving experience (if required for vehicle transport).
