Senior Life Practitioner - Enable Independent Living

Kisimul Group is seeking a Senior Life Practitioner for Bramley Apartments in Boston to support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities, enable independence, and accompany individuals on community outings.

The role includes driving a company vehicle (UK licence required or 2+ years driving in the UK). Starting pay ranges £14.48-£15.72 per hour, with progression through a competency framework.
