Job Description

DCUK FM, part of the Rentokil Initial Group, seeks an Experienced Licensed Senior Contracts Manager / Director to oversee licensed asbestos removal projects across the UK. Based in the South or Midlands with UK-wide travel, you will lead the contracts team and ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Key duties include managing the Contracts Team, preparing work plans and risk assessments, submitting ASB5 notifications, and guiding on-site operations.
