Senior Lettings Negotiator - Crouch End

Salary - £20,000 + Commission

5-day week - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday availability (doesn't have to be office based)

Driver & Clean licence

Our well-established and highly regarded client based in the North London area is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with great experience to work within their branch in Crouch End. Priding themselves on hard work, client attraction, and an excellent attitude to all aspects of a busy Estate Agency. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting viewings and letting properties
2. Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
3. Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
4. Facilitating a let through to move in
5. Previous lettings experience is essential
6. Full UK driving licence
