Senior Lettings Negotiator - Uncapped Commission & Top Training

BARNARD MARCUS in Epsom is seeking a dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team. You will generate valuations, carry out market appraisals, conduct property viewings, and negotiate tenancies to maximise branch income.

You must have estate agency lettings experience, be target-driven, customer-focused, numerate and possess a full UK driving licence. This role offers £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and industry-leading training.
