Senior Lettings Negotiator - East Dulwich

As a senior lettings negotiator, you will play a key role in helping tenants find the right property, supporting landlords through the renting process from marketing to negotiation, tenancy progression, and final move-in. You will deliver exceptional customer service to applicants, landlords, and other parties.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing applicants daily
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Updating landlords on all matters
• Negotiating offers
• Collecting holding deposits and tenancy monies
• Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
• Ensuring legal compliance on offers
• Providing high levels of customer service
