Lunaria is partnering with a highly regarded commercial law firm in Dublin to recruit for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join its busy and growing Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and providing high-level support to senior lawyers.
The RoleAs Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Corporate team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client files using the firm's legal case management system;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic files and documentation;
- Producing, formatting and managing legal documents and correspondence to a high standard;
- Coordinating monthly billing and ensuring invoices are prepared accurately and issued on time;
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings for senior lawyers;
- Preparing documents, materials and information for internal and external meetings;
- Liaising professionally with clients and internal and external stakeholders;
- Processing time records and expense reports;
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries;
- Working with document production specialists where required;
- Greeting and liaising with clients and business visitors; and
- Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with complete discretion.
For this role, Lunaria is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- 3-5+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Corporate or Commercial department;
- Experience supporting partners and/or other senior legal professionals;
- Strong document and file management experience;
- Experience with iManage or another legal case management/document management system;
- Experience using a legal billing platform such as KeyHouse, or a comparable system;
