Senior Legal Counsel- Technology

Excellent in-house opportunity for a senior Technology lawyer to join an established and highly successful in house legal team of a major European business based in their offices in Dublin.

Role Profile

• The successful candidate will advise the business primarily on a range of complex technology, intellectual property and commercial agreements and additionally you will work as part of the overall legal function ensuring the management of commercial and legal risk. This is an opportunity to join a fast paced environment advising across a range of departments and functions.
• Additionally, you will be required to provide ad hoc advice on compliance and regulatory matters.

Candidate Requirements

• You will be currently working at either junior Partner level within private practice or senior legal counsel level within an in house environment.
• Experience of IT law and commercial contracts is essential for this position.
