Senior Legal Counsel, Infrastructure & Energy Banking

Groupe BPCE's Banking - Assets Legal team in London seeks a senior specialist lawyer with expertise in Infrastructure & Energy Banking. You will support transactional finance, including project finance and real assets, across structuring, negotiation and post-signing matters.

English-qualified with 10+ years PQE, you will advise internal stakeholders in Paris, London and Dubai, and collaborate with external counsel, risk and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory and contractual issues.
