Senior Legal Counsel

You will be tasked with integrating legal into a new area of the business - with the support of a great legal team who are focussed on other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Business Partnering

Partner with our new product teams to understand their goals and deliver legal solutions that support overall business strategy.
Develop deep expertise in the legal and regulatory risks impacting these sectors and provide proactive guidance to mitigate such risks.

Legal Advisory

Offer timely, strategic legal counsel across a broad spectrum of legal issues.
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer terms, supplier contracts, and reseller agreements.
Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the key agreements relevant to each business division.

Legal Compliance

Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business and, particularly, as we push ahead with new initiatives and Countries.
Conduct training sessions to ensure all employees are informed about legal risks and compliance requirements.

Litigation Management

Manage and oversee litigation matters collaborating with external counsel where needed.
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to reduce legal exposure and resolve disputes efficiently.

Risk Management

Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with business activities and propose strategies to mitigate those risks.
Work closely with internal teams to implement risk management initiatives and support the overall business objectives.
