Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex tech transactions and intellectual property agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on technology related matters to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage legal risks associated with technology procurement and licensing agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property strategies and protection of proprietary technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in technology and financial services.
• Support the resolution of disputes related to technology agreements.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for technology transactions.

The Successful Applicant

• JD with excellent academic credentials.
• Extensive knowledge in tech transactions and intellectual property.
• Experience working in house or at a law firm handling technology related legal matters.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
