Senior Legal Counsel - Securitisation

We're looking for a Securitisation Senior Legal Counsel to join our client, a British Financial Institution, for at least 6 months.

You will be managing and overseeing securitisation transactions, including structuring, drafting, and reviewing complex legal documents related to the pooling and repackaging of financial assets into marketable securities. Experience with forward flow arrangements is also required.

Ideally, you are a mid to senior securitisation lawyer with previous in-house experience. Strong skills in structuring and drafting legal documents, along with expertise in securitisation, are essential to manage the pooling and repackaging of financial assets effectively. Transaction experience, especially with forward flow arrangements, is necessary for smooth execution and compliance.

This full-time assignment requires presence in the London office one day per week, with consideration for other locations. It is set to start ASAP and will last at least 6 months.
