Senior Legal Counsel - Global M&A & Strategy

PatSnap is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal function for the Western region, covering the UK, North America and Canada. You will provide strategic, commercial legal advice across corporate transactions, governance, risk and international operations, partnering with Finance, Sales, Product and People to scale the business.
