Senior Legal Counsel - FinTech Regulation & Contracts

A well established consumer finance business in the North West is hiring an experienced lawyer into its in-house legal team. This is a genuinely dual brief combining consumer credit regulatory work with commercial contracts and technology transactions.

You will advise on UK consumer credit and FCA regulation, draft and negotiate consumer-facing contracts, and interact with the FCA and senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Product.
