LAW Absolute is seeking a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist property practice in South West London (Raynes Park). This is a genuinely specialist role, not a general residential conveyancing position.

You will manage complex enfranchisement matters - statutory lease extensions under the 1993 Act, collective enfranchisement, freehold acquisitions, and related tribunal work - with genuine supervisory responsibility over six junior fee-earners.
