Senior Leader, People Governance & Accountability

Monzo is seeking a People Governance & Accountability Senior Manager to own the day-to-day governance and accountability framework across the business, ensuring controls are clear, scalable and well articulated.

You'll lead regulatory processes (SMCR, IAF/SEAR), partner with People, Legal, Compliance and Risk, and drive continuous improvement while balancing risk, pace and pragmatic decision-making for a fast-moving organisation.
