Dudley Council is recruiting a Principal Service Lead - Family Help to join the Children & Young People Leadership Team. The role shapes and delivers high-quality early intervention, family support and safeguarding to help children thrive and prevent needs escalating into statutory care.

You will lead across Targeted Early Help, Children in Need, Child Protection and Court Progression, ensuring timely, effective support.
