Senior Leader, Disability Services (PIC)

AA Euro Healthcare is looking for a Person in Charge (PIC) to manage day-to-day operations of a community-based residential and day service for adults with intellectual disabilities in Newbridge, Kildare. The PIC will ensure high-quality, person-centred support, lead multidisciplinary teams, and maintain compliance with HIQA standards. Ideal candidates will have a Level 7 qualification in social care, at least 3 years of senior management experience, and strong knowledge of service standards. This is a permanent, full-time position.
