Responsibilities

• Assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control effectiveness
• Identify and investigate weaknesses in internal controls
• Develop reports to communicate findings from risk assessment
• Monitor compliance with regulations and oversee risk management

Requirements

• Good understanding of Retail Banking Customer Journeys
• Ability to balance risk management with business goals
• Conduct active deep dives and risk assessments
• Well-versed in market trends and competitor activities
• Gravitas and experience in influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience of delivering transformation and change in risk management
