National Star College is seeking a Specialist Care Team Leader to inspire colleagues, lead shifts and support young people with complex physical and learning needs to live their best lives. You will be a role model, coach and advocate in a residential education setting.

The role focuses on day-to-day running of a residential area, supervising staff, promoting dignity, and delivering person-centred support in partnership with therapists and tutors.
