Job Description

Working closely with the Founder and wider design team, you'll contribute to a wide range of high-spec residential and commercial landscape projects. You'll take a lead on design development, client liaison, and technical detailing, and play a key role in delivering exceptional results from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation:

Develop detailed, creative designs for gardens and outdoor spaces
Produce construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and visual presentations
Coordinate design packages with external consultants and contractors
Review and approve design documents before submission

Project & Client Management:

Attend client meetings and prepare accurate meeting notes
Administer contracts and oversee on-site works to ensure design quality is maintained
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations throughout project lifecycle

Studio Support:

Contribute to the technical design process and studio workflows
Support with design administration and document management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You:

Required Skills & Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent working in a landscape design studio
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally on high-end or large-scale projects
Excellent Vectorworks (2D/3D), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite skills
Strong understanding of construction detailing and hard landscaping
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
Good knowledge of plants and planting design
Full, clean UK driving licence
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to multiple deadlines

Desirable:

Experience producing high-quality visuals and renderings (e.g., Photoshop, Lumion etc)
Familiarity with Excel and project management tools
A genuine passion for gardens, plants, and outdoor spaces
