Senior Land Referencer: DCO/CPO Lead (Flexible)

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Land Referencer in the UK to lead land referencing for major DCO and CPO projects. You will act as a key contact between affected parties, communities, and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality Books of Reference and timely submissions.

You will manage data, identify sources, and mentor junior staff while working across Birmingham, London and Manchester offices, with travel to sites as required.
