Senior Land Manager - Lead Land Acquisitions & Strategy

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Land Manager to join the land team in the North West. You will own the full acquisition lifecycle from identification to exchange, working with in-house planning, architecture, and legal teams to progress opportunities.

You'll identify sites, conduct research and appraisals, and manage offers through to exchange. Senior level responsibilities include mentoring junior colleagues and aligning with regional strategy.
