Senior Land Acquisition Manager Commission + Company Car

Churchill Living in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Land Manager or Senior Land Buyer to own the end-to-end land acquisition lifecycle. You will investigate opportunities, identify sites, conduct desktop research, and visit towns in person to assess suitability, with support from a wider in-house team.

You will negotiate offers, prepare reports and proposals, and help shape regional acquisition strategy with the Land Director.
