Senior KYC & Onboarding Product Compliance Lead

Wise is seeking a Senior Product Compliance Manager to lead KYC and onboarding controls across our global products. You will partner with product and engineering teams to design scalable, compliant MVPs and remediate existing features while maintaining a strong customer experience.

With at least 7 years in AML/KYC, you will own PC&R support, drive improvements from audits, and map controls to evolving regulations. Expect a dynamic, international team and travel as needed.
