A well-established Irish food manufacturer supplying the foodservice, retail and catering sectors across Ireland is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of key catering accounts and support the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of key catering and foodservice accounts
- Build strong relationships with buyers, operators and distributors
- Develop new customers within the catering sector
- Lead pricing, promotions and commercial negotiations
- Deliver agreed promotions in partnership with distributors
- Work closely with NPD, Quality, Operations and Customer Service teams
- Support new product launches and customer-specific development
- Maintain high standards of service, accuracy and follow-up
- Use and help develop the Salesforce CRM system
- Contribute to wider business and sales projects as part of the management team
- Proven experience managing key accounts within foodservice
- Comfortable operating at multi-site or group account level
- Strong commercial judgement with a focus on margin as well as volume
- Organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Confident building long-term customer relationships
- Experience working with distributors is an advantage
