A well-established Irish food manufacturer supplying the foodservice, retail and catering sectors across Ireland is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of key catering accounts and support the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key catering and foodservice accounts
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, operators and distributors
  • Develop new customers within the catering sector
  • Lead pricing, promotions and commercial negotiations
  • Deliver agreed promotions in partnership with distributors
  • Work closely with NPD, Quality, Operations and Customer Service teams
  • Support new product launches and customer-specific development
  • Maintain high standards of service, accuracy and follow-up
  • Use and help develop the Salesforce CRM system
  • Contribute to wider business and sales projects as part of the management team
About you
  • Proven experience managing key accounts within foodservice
  • Comfortable operating at multi-site or group account level
  • Strong commercial judgement with a focus on margin as well as volume
  • Organised, reliable and detail-focused
  • Confident building long-term customer relationships
  • Experience working with distributors is an advantage
