Senior ITSM & Service Desk Leader

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Service Management Lead to own end-to-end governance and performance of ITSM and Service Desk, partnering with external services to deliver best-in-class IT service across the organization.

You will lead a small team, drive tooling integration (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix ITSM), monitor SLAs/OLAs, and provide senior guidance to IT and the business while enabling efficient incident, change, and problem management.
